If the cancellation is made after the technician has been assigned or is on the way, a nominal cancellation fee may be applicable. 2. Rescheduling of Service Customers may request to reschedule their service appointment based on availability. We recommend informing us at least a few hours in advance to avoid inconvenience.

3. Refund Policy Refunds are applicable only in cases where payment has been made in advance and the service was not delivered. If a service cannot be completed due to technical limitations or unavailability of parts, a partial or full refund may be considered. Any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

5. Advance Payments
Any advance payment made towards parts or services may be non-refundable once the parts have been ordered or the service process has begun.

6. Technician Visit Charges A visiting or inspection fee may be applicable even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.
